David was appointed to the role of Regional Director for Investors Group in September 2006. He is located in the Investors Group region office at 647 Bedford Highway, Halifax, Nova Scotia and provides Branch Manager services throughout the region.
David has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, beginning his career in 1996 as a Consultant with Investors Group in Halifax. He entered the Division Director role in 2002 prior to being appointed Regional Director in 2006.
David is a graduate of Acadia University and is a Certified Financial Planner professional. In addition, he has completed numerous industry courses including the Professional Financial Planner (PFP) course.

After graduation from the University of Toronto in 1983, Kevin received his accounting designation in 1989.
After working for several multi-national companies, in a variety of industries, Kevin took his problem solving skills into financial planning. He joined Investors Group in Whitby Ontario in 1996.
From being a successful and award-winning Consultant¹, Field Trainer and Division Director² in Ontario, he relocated to Dartmouth as the Regional Director in the Scotia-Highlands Region.
After five years in that role, Kevin has returned to the Division Director role in the Bedford Region.
Kevin currently serves as a Director on the Dartmouth General Hospital Foundation and is the 1st Vice Chairperson for Easter Seals Nova Scotia.

Randy is a graduate of Mount Allison University and has an extensive background in customer relations, having worked as an employment counsellor & Program Manager with Human Resources Development Canada for over 16 years. He joined Investors Group in 1996 and was appointed as a Division Director in September 2009.
The restored circa 1840’s home, which houses the Investors Group Consultants in the Yarmouth area, used to belong to Randy’s grandmother and has recently been designated a Heritage Property due to its age, condition and local historical significance. This atmosphere helps to provide a relaxed and personal environment for both himself and other members of the Investors Group team, to provide comprehensive financial planning through a responsive and caring approach.
Randy enjoys woodworking, camping, traveling and time at the cottage with his wife (and assistant) Kathy, as well as their three children.

Ian Burgess was appointed to the role of Insurance Manager for Investors Group in May, 2000. He is located in and supports all three Nova Scotia Region offices.
Ian has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, beginning his career in 1994 as a Disability Insurance Specialist with Great West Life before joining Investors Group in his current role as Insurance Manager for Nova Scotia.
Ian is a graduate of St. Mary’s University of Halifax with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, double major, and graduated on the Dean’s List.
